Arizona Community Shows Out at 5th Annual Skatin’ for Leighton

The 5th annual Skatin’ For Leighton was held at Salt River Fields on Sunday.

Leighton Accardo was a former youth hockey player who sadly passed away from cancer at the age of nine.

The Accardo family, Lyndsey Fry, and others hold this event in honor of her.

Since 2021, Skatin’ For Leighton has raised over $260,000 to help fund girls youth hockey in Arizona.
