In addition to Penn, the running back held offers Southwest Minnesota State University, Colorado School of Mines, Yale, West Virginia State, San Diego, Georgetown, NAU and Dartmouth.

The Archie Amerson Award winner presented by the National Football Foundation Valley of the Sun Chapter ultimately chose Penn because of what can be offered on the field and in the classroom.

He feels his versatility can be utilized in the offense and a top-flight business school can set him up for a great career after football.

Cisneros goes in-depth on his decision with the Recruiting Roundup.
