The DeAndre Hopkins catch on the Cardinals’ “Hail Murray” play is of course widely discussed here in the valley.

FOX CFB/NFL Analyst Brock Huard was mesmerized by the strength of Hopkins’ hands.

“The strength in DeAndre’s hands and his fingers and his claws,” Huard said on The Brad Cesmat Show. “To just claw the life out of that play and make that play, there’s just few humanoids that have that kind of ability.”

Huard believes this catch tops the play D.K Metcalf made a few weeks ago when he chased down Budda Baker after an interception.

The Cardinals and Seahawks will play on Thursday Night Football this week. Seattle enters having lost three of its last four games, including an overtime loss to the Cardinals on October 25.

“That defense is bad,” Huard said. “They’ve got some singular players that are ok, but Bobby [Wagner] and K.J. [Wright] are slowing down dramatically… The D-line was ranked by Pro Football Focus going into this season as the worst D-line.”

The winner of this primetime Thursday night matchup will be in the driver seat in the division.
