It didn’t take long for Liberty offensive lineman Frank Thompson to make his college decision after receiving an offer from Arizona State.
Four days to be exact.

Thompson impressed at multiple ASU camps this past week and received an offer from the Sun Devils Sunday night, a few days after he received his first offer from NAU.

Thompson stands at 6-foot-3, 280 pounds and has thrived in the Liberty weightroom, squatting over 600 pounds. The Lions have always had a good reputation developing lineman on both sides of the ball and have had the likes of Cal Bear Braxten Croteau and NAU Lumberjack John Clark in their trenches in the last few years.

This is the seventh public commit for Arizona State in the 2020 class and third in-state commitment. Thompson joins Red Mountain offensive lineman Ben Bray and Saguaro linebacker Will Shaffer as Sun Devil pledges.
