The Reyes-Jones era on the basketball court at Gilbert Christian High School is nearing it’s end.
The dynamic duo have aided the Knights to success that the school has never seen on the hardwood and have had them one of the elite programs in the state for the last four seasons.
Soon Roberto Reyes and Sam Jones will be parting ways as they move up to the collegiate level next season. Reyes is heading to Regis University, a private university in Colorado that is a member of the Rocky Mountain Athletic Conference. Jones is heading to the Ivy League as a member of the Penn basketball team.
Reyes and Jones have grown up together on the basketball court and probably know each others games better than they know their own. So I went one-on-two with the Gilbert Christian stars to get perspective on their unique and winning relationship.
